Privacy notice

This notice describes personal data processing when browsing the studio website or contacting us by email. The separate Weresk Budget and Weresk 3D services may be subject to additional privacy notices.

2. Hosting and access logs

The site is hosted with IONOS on German web hosting infrastructure. When you visit, the web server may process technically necessary information such as IP address, date/time, requested resource, HTTP status, data volume, browser/device details and possibly the referrer. Purposes include delivery, troubleshooting, security and abuse prevention (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where required, data processing agreements under Article 28 GDPR apply.

Log retention follows actual hosting and security settings. Personal log data is not retained longer than necessary for these purposes, subject to statutory requirements and preservation of evidence relating to specific incidents.

3. Fonts and website functions

The Montserrat font is served directly from our hosting space; displaying this website does not require a request to Google Fonts. The current studio website does not use our own advertising or user-tracking scripts, third-party embedded video players or marketing cookies. The hosting provider may use technically necessary measures for delivery and protection.

4. Email inquiries

If you contact us by email, we process the information supplied, including your email address, name, message and potentially company or project information, to respond and take any requested pre-contractual steps. Legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related inquiries and Article 6(1)(f) for other legitimate business communication; Article 6(1)(c) may apply where record-keeping duties exist. Messages are removed when no longer needed unless statutory retention requirements or legitimate reasons apply.

5. Separate services and planned features

Links to Weresk Budget, Weresk 3D and other offerings lead to separate services which may provide additional privacy notices. The protected client area and email waitlist are not yet active data collection features on this studio website. This notice will be updated before either goes live.

6. Recipients and transfers

Relevant hosting and email service providers, and other providers required to handle inquiries, may process data where necessary. International data transfers, if any, require an appropriate legal basis and safeguards where applicable. The specific providers and processing routes must be reconciled with the actual setup before production release.

7. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you may request access (Article 15), rectification (16), erasure (17), restriction (18), portability (20), and object to processing (21). Consent, where used, can be withdrawn at any time with future effect (Article 7(3)). Please contact info@weresk.de.

8. Complaint

You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory data protection authority under Article 77 GDPR, including the Baden-Württemberg State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

9. Changes

We will update this notice when services, legal requirements or processing practices change.
